  I called today for a quote on policy options and a human-rodent hybrid named Nick was unbelievably rude to me. He was curt and had no manners even when he didn't know they wouldn't be able to write me an auto policy. He never called me back to give me my quote and when I called back in he told me to call another agency. When I asked to talk to a manager he told me that nobody else would be working for another week. He tried to refuse to give me the management email information which I was later able to locate online. He literally told me "we don't want to do business with you." I have never had such a bad experience before ANYWHERE
