  This place is great! They fix things quickly when broken (we had a balcony plank replaced and a bathtub unclogged). The pool and the trail and the underground parking are all dope. The office is open on Saturdays too which is helpful for picking up packages. Paying rent online is nice. Very reasonably priced for the location, apartment size, and amenities. People are friendly and I have never had a problem with the noise level. Would highly recommend!

  Looked at many apartments in this area and picked Park Glen Apartments for two specific reasons first, because they have a sauna room and second because they include one underground parking spot. We moved in July, 2017 (5 months later) the sauna room has not been fixed. I have called 4 times (almost every month) and every time they told me they were "working on it". Also underground parking spots are tiny, requested a bigger one since neither my Honda CRV or my husbands Coupe fit and this has still not been addressed yet. This was my first apartment experience. My recommendation? Go somewhere else, management is not helpful or honest.
