  The integrity, tone and experience has changed dramatically at this institution since the recent changes they have made. The preparor I attempted to work with was not only rude and condescending, but was late and didn't have record of the 8 filings I have done through ROR in the past decade. If that wasn't bad enough, I had called the office for tax advise in August. The information I received turns out to be wrong which will cost my family several hundred dollars. I have been a loyal customer (and was accused of not being once since my records couldn't be found) and I'm appalled by the treatment I received during my last encounter.
